FOR REFERRAL DISCOUNT PROGRAM

 

The following terms & conditions apply to the Ashley & Martin referral discount program

Definitions

Referee: A referee is a person who was referred to Ashley & Martin by a referrer, attended an initial consultation with an Ashley & Martin consultant and enrolled on a full RealGROWTH program of at least 8 months duration, purchased a laser device, had a hair transplant or had non-surgical hair replacement through World Hair Systems.

Referrer: A referrer is an existing Ashley & Martin patient or customer, who refers the services of Ashley & Martin to an individual, that individual becomes a referee and the referrer then submits the details through this webpage.

Referral: A referral is one which is submitted through this webpage and once vetted, is deemed to be a valid referral by Ashley & Martin.

Discount Certificate: The discount certificate is one issued by Ashley & Martin, is valid for the referrer only, is not be transferrable and can only be used once.

  • A referee is considered to be one who has not had any medical treatment or hair replacement with Ashley & Martin or it’s subsidiaries in the past.
  • Your referral discount will be applicable after cooling off periods have been completed or for hair replacement (surgical or non-surgical), after the procedure has been completed.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can submit.
  • On presentation of six valid Discount Certificates your Re-Enrolment RealGrowth Maintenance program will be provided free of charge.
  • The 7th or greater referral Discount Certificate earnt during the period may be carried over to the following year and redeemed on your next program.
  • If the referee is referred by multiple referrers, the first referral that the company receives will be considered to be the referrer.
  • Your referral will be vetted by an Ashley & Martin administration team member. If it is of a suspicious nature, or deemed not valid, it will be disallowed.
  • Your referral discount certificate must be utilised at your next Ashley & Martin program or procedure. It can’t be used for an existing outstanding balance.
  • Your referral discount certificate is valid for a period of 18 months from the time you submitted the referral through this website and it was later deemed to be a valid referral by Ashley & Martin.
  • Ashley & Martin adheres to unsolicited emails / SPAM regulations. The company will not accept referrals that have been created through the usage of mass email distribution techniques.

Ashley & Martin reserves the right to cancel the referral discount program or to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any unclaimed referral discount certificates will be forfeited at that time.
